Neil is a seasoned professional with over two decades of invaluable experience in the corrugated packaging industry. Neil’s journey began with a remarkable fifteen-year tenure at Smurfit Kappa, where he honed his skills and expertise across various roles, including Operator, Team Leader, Production Manager, and Quality & Compliance Manager.

Driven by a passion for growth and development, Neil expanded his horizons with a three-year stint at VPK, where he continued to excel and broaden his understanding of the industry landscape. Subsequently, he ventured into a two-year role with eProductivity Software Escada, where he demonstrated his versatility by taking on different responsibilities, ranging from Process Manager to his most recent role as Product Manager.

Neil's expertise lies in Corrugator Process Control, Training, and Commissioning for Escada Syncro Systems, making him an invaluable asset in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing processes. His commitment to continuous improvement is further underscored by his training as a Lean 6 Sigma green belt and his proficiency as an Internal Auditor.
